Before Thompson’s break, several mishaps occurred to her loved ones. Thompson lost her granny, and her mom, Judy Thompson, was diagnosed with uterine cancer for the second time. Moreover, Thompson lost at the ANA Inspiration because of a penalty caused by a rule’s transgression. Therefore, she spent her break from golf with her dearest ones.
