During the time of the birth, the little Frances Cole weighed 5 pounds11 ounces and measured 18.5 inches long. She has got a lovely elder sister named Winnie Rose Fallon. Just like her big sibling, Frances was also born via surrogacy.

Despite having a busy schedule and so occupied on his work, we always wonder how does Jimmy take out time to spend with his loved ones. Nevertheless, however, he does, but Frances gets to spend a lot of quality filled moments with her old man. And it looks like she seems to enjoy it.
The little Frances Cole Fallon is already four years old. Now it’s just a matter of time for her to join kindergarten soon. We bet that like his elder daughter’s first day, Jimmy’s eyes will be wet when his small one will also start kindergarten.
