Arian Moayed is a renowned actor, director, and writer of Iranian-American nationality. Born in Tehran, Iran, the actor mainly came into prominence for his role in the play Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo. A Loving Husband To His Wife

The Succession star is happily married to Krissy Shields. The couple had their first encounter in Homebody/Kabul show at Arian’s hometown theater, the Steppenwolf Theatre Company, in 2003. After that, the couple gradually began their relationship.

Fifteen years after their first encounter, the lovebirds exchanged their vows in July 2018. Their wedding ceremony took place in the same place where they met for the first time. Sharing the news of their wedding, Arian Moayed’s wife posted an adorable photo. She wrote that people present at their marriage mentioned the importance of the ceremony, which is passed down from generation.

Furthermore, sharing a photo during their wedding anniversary in July 2019, Krissy stated that they signed papers at city hall, and after 15 years, the couple threw a party to remember. Similarly, the actor calls his wife, Kristine. All in all, the Shields-Moayed pair is enjoying a wonderful life together. Hopefully, their union lasts a lifetime.

Proud Parents Of Two Children

As already mentioned, after meeting at the theater in 2003, the pair dated for 15 years before tying the knot in July 2018. While the couple waited for all those years before getting married, they had already welcomed two kids even before sharing the wedding vows. Arian Moayed’s daughter, Olive Joon Moayed, was born in November 2008. She was born two weeks late.

Arian Moayed’s wife wanted a home birth, but since their daughter was two weeks late, the couple was asked to come to the birth center in order to induce. The baby was born healthy, and she is doing well now.

Then, in February 2011, the actor’s baby girl, Ivy Shireen Moayed, arrived. Krissy’s dream of having a home birth was fulfilled during Ivy’s birth. Furthermore, Mrs. Moayed often shares pictures of those moments.

All in all, Arian Moayed’s children seem to be having a splendid time growing up. As they are still young, it is pretty early to discuss about their future profession. We hope they grow up to be good people.

Husband Of A Yoga Instructor

Krissy and Arian’s marital life has been running smoothly. The smitten couple is madly in love with one another. Talking about Shields’ profession, she is a yoga devotee. Furthermore, she is the founder of a prenatal yoga teacher training program in New York named Maha Mama.

Arian Moayed’s wife studied and taught at Sonic Yoga for many years before completing Dharma Mittra’s 300 yoga training. She also completed A Khalsa Way prenatal training with Gurmukh and even trained as a birth doula with Penny Simkin and Debra Bonaro-Pascali. Furthermore, she received a certification in Positive Psychology from The Flourishing Center.

Additionally, Shields also trained directly with Dr. Stephen Cowan and Mindful Schools. She has been teaching yoga for ten years and has taught in several 200 and 300-hour teacher trainings around the US. Similarly, she is a resident teacher for the Good Life Project camp.

Krissy, who also studied theatre at Illinois State University, has a few acting credits. Some of her projects are The Accidental Wolf, The Last Gamble, As the World Turns, The Christians, All My Children, Slave, and others. She must have earned significantly from all these ventures.

Also, Krissy is close with her mother-in-law, Parvein Saedi, and her other in-laws. All in all, Arian Moayed’s family seems to be doing well. We hope they all enjoy wonderful lives together. We wish them good health and happiness.
