Born in Melun, Seine-et-Marne, on August 4, 1992, the jockey met the love of his life during his teenage. While the details of their meet-cute remain a mystery, it definitely might have been adorable.

Furthermore, as per one of the Instagram posts of Flavien Prat’s spouse, the couple has known one another since 2010. On July 29, 2010, the adorable pair tied the knot.

After all these years, the lovebirds seem more smitten than ever. Also, just like their vows, the Prat couple has been by each other’s side through sickness and health, rich or poorer, and for better or worse.

Flavien Prat’s Wife Is a Full-Time Exercise Rider

Growing up in France, Manon used to compete in show jumping and eventing. She had a passion for track, which eventually took over, and she decided to pursue exercise rider as full-time.

Flavien Prat’s lover has worked as an exercise rider on the backstretch in France and America for over a decade. Manon Prat’s husband decided to move to the USA to pursue jockeying full-time in 2015.

At that time, Flavien made the jockey agent Derek Lawson arrange a work visa for Manon. The jockey had made it clear that he wasn’t coming without her.

And Derek was able to pull it off, and all thanks to him, the couple is still together. Upon arriving in America, he began working as an exercise rider for the popular trainer Keith Desormeaux.

In May 2016, Flavien Prat’s other half began working for Keith; before that, she worked at Tom Proctor Racing Stable. So she might be earning well.

A Loving Mother of Two Adorable Kids

Even after all these years of togetherness, the couple is still going strong. On top of that, the lovebirds are now proud parents of two adorable children, a son and a daughter.

Manon Prat’s daughter, Elena Prat was born on November 20, 2018. The couple kept their pregnancy low-key and revealed about their baby’s arrival in December 2018.

Furthermore, the duo kept the face of their baby girl hidden for almost 2 years and revealed it in November 2020 on Halloween. Also, Flavien Prat’s daughter loves horses, so it will be interesting to know if she will follow in his footsteps in the future.

Then, in August 2021, Flavien Prat’s spouse revealed about their second pregnancy on her Instagram. In November 2021, Mrs.Prat gave birth to their son, Lenny Prat.

Likewise, Flavien Prat’s other half shared the news of their baby boy’s arrival in December 2021 through a reel video of their family portraits. Nevertheless, the family of four seems to be having wonderful times together.

Grew up In France

As mentioned earlier, Flavien Prat’s wife, Manon Lemaire, is of France native. However, she has not revealed much about her birth details.

Moreover, Flavien’s lover is one of the two children of her parents, Marc Lemaire and Christine Lemaire. She has an elder sister, Elodie Lemaire, with whom she shares an adorable bond.

Unfortunately, Manon Prat’s mom has already passed away. However, it is unknown the reason and date of her demise remain a mystery.

Sacrificed Her Hobby For the Sake of Her Family

It’s not only Flavien who has sacrificed along the way. His wife, too, has made some sacrifices to make it easy for them.

After giving birth to their daughter in 2018, Flavien’s wife made a tough decision to quit galloping in order to focus more on her family. But, she felt at a loss without riding on daily.

So, Mrs. Prat decided to ride an off-track Thoroughbred in the morning breezes on the track because it would be slower. Manon Prat’s husband supports him, and they started looking to get a horse for her sake.
