Sage’s ex-husband John Lynch, a Canadian Businessman, alleged Sage and Tony to have an extramarital affair. He claimed in 2001 that the two were already dating each other when he was still married to Sage. However, Sage told in an interview that she did not even know who Tony Robbins was before the separation from her husband. She claimed that she met Tony in 1999, and they began dating in 2000.
John even threatened Sage with suing Robbins for ‘alienation of affection.’ Instead, Tony sued Lynch for libel. Whatever the case might have been, all of the parties have now found common ground.
