Its goal is also to support academic initiatives like faculty research, case writing, and curriculum development. Furthermore, the husband and wife also serve on Harvard Business School’s Board of Dean.

Likewise, in June 2022, the couple revealed their plan to invest $1 million in the Penn Medicine – Wharton Fund for Health-funded companies. It was a collaboration between the Wharton Social Impact Initiative of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and Penn Medicine.

In a statement, Marjorie Harris’ husband said the initiative’s goal is to invest in innovative companies that are directly addressing the issues that lead to health disparities and assist them as they grow.

Josh Harris’ wife, Marjorie, was born Marjorie Rubin. She is one of the two children of Lillian Rubin and Albert Rubin. She grew up along with her brother, Philip Rubin. Unfortunately, Marjorie Harris’ father passed away in 2012.
