The much-awaited sequel to Deadpool 2 is ready to enter post-production and delight the audience once again in 2024.
What’s New In Deadpool 3?
Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, two of the hottest pals in Hollywood, are reuniting in the latest Deadpool movie. The two previously featured together in 2009’s disastrous X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
Reynolds played a version of Deadpool in X-Men Origins, but the role was a box office failure both among reviewers and fans before starring as the Merc With a Mouth in two stand-alone films.
While Wolverine passed away after 2017’s Logan, Deadpool 3 will reunite him with the legendary X-Men hero. Nonetheless, superhero movies frequently feature heroes that come back to life, particularly in light of the multiverse’s universe-bending laws.
Following Disney‘s acquisition of Fox, Deadpool will make its debut in the epic Marvel Cinematic Universe with the third film.
Before Fox’s $71.3 billion acquisition, which Disney completed in 2019, Fox owned and released the first two Deadpool films and the whole X-Men franchise.
Apart from Reynold and Jackman, actors Matthew Macfadyen, Emma Corrin, Morena Baccarin, Jennifer Garner, etc, will appear in Deadpool 3. Emma Corrin will appear as Deadpool 3’s villain.
Deadpool 3 Wraps Filming! What We Know About Its Trailer Release?
The filming of Marvel Studios’ Deadpool 3 has concluded, as star Reynolds confirmed on Instagram on Wednesday, following a protracted delay due to the SAG-AFTRA strike.
Reynolds joked around with his co-star Jackman as he congratulated the Deadpool 3 cast, crew, and director Shawn Levy.

In typical Reynolds and Deadpool fashion, the poignant and almost sentimental message was counterbalanced with an image of the superhero’s swollen rear end.
This time, Deadpool’s partner in crime, Hugh Jackman, aka the Wolverine, also shared a message on Instagram to announce the end of principal photography. So, it looks like we would not have to wait for long to witness the notorious adventures of the man in red.
As per sources, the first trailer for Deadpool 3 will come out during the Super Bowl in February 2024.
