The lead vocalist and his spouse share a blissful marital life. He even credits her with helping him through his darkest day. Likewise, his path to sobriety came after meeting her. The duo shares a loving bond, and not only are they together in their courtship but also in business ventures.

In 2001, Kate Richardson’s husband started his own record label, Housecore Records. Currently, she is the co-owner and manager of Housecore and Nodferatu’s Lair recording studio. She is also the tour manager for all of Philip Anselmo’s projects. Richardson works with her partner, starting from recording to producing and others. She also helps to run one of the best metal festivals in the country, Housecore Horror Film Fest.

Phil Anselmo’s wife once revealed that Housecore, in general, was her proudest achievement. Apart from the record label, she is proud of every man and woman involved in it. She also referred to every employee as one big family.
