The husband and wife duo entered parenthood in 2018 when their firstborn, a daughter, was born on May 22. Her name is Melody Love. The adorable baby is a bonified superstar, appearing with her mother in several ads.
Similarly, Norwood and Ray’s family became complete in 2020. They welcomed a darling boy, Epik Ray, on January 7.

The turbulent couple has once again surprised the audience by announcing their separation on social media. In February 2024, Love filed for divorce again from her partner and lover of nearly twelve years.
Ray J and Love first had marital problems in 2019, when Love stated that she intended to file for divorce after accusing the musician of abandoning her and Melody in Las Vegas.
By December, however, the couple had reconciled, and Ray mentioned that he was sorry for everything that happened between them.
Love filed for divorce again in May 2020 but requested that it be dropped two months later.
Ray then filed for divorce in September 2020, but they agreed to call it off in March 2021. He filed again in October but was officially dismissed in March 2023.
But this time, it looks like Ray and Love are separated for good. In her Instagram post, Love mentioned that they took this decision after much consideration, consultation, and counseling. Further, she said that the decision was mutual and respectful.
