American businessman and sports executive Vince McMahon is trending on social media handles because of an unexpected accusement.
WWE ex staff Janel Grant filed a lawsuit against the American businessman, which has made it national news and a hot topic worldwide.
What Happened Between Janel and McMahon?
Grant, a former WWE employee, accused Vince McMahon and another ex-executive of significant sexual misconduct. Further, the allegations include approaching a famous wrestler for physical intimacy in a federal lawsuit filed on Thursday.
The lawsuit mentions that McMahon, the founder of WWE, pressured Janel into having an intimate relationship. Further, she stated that Vince lured her with employment at WWE. What’s more disturbing is that the wrestling legend distributed intimate photos and videos of her to other men, including WWE workers.
John Laurinaitis, the former general manager and head of talent relations for the WWE, is named as a defendant in Grant’s complaint.
In most sexual assault cases, the AP does not identify the accuser; however, Grant’s attorneys stated that she wanted to be made public.
WWE Ex Staff Janel Grant’s Story – How It All Began?
In 2019, when Grant’s parents passed away, McMahon allegedly tried to help her land a job at WWE while they were living in the same building.
Janel claims that he ultimately revealed to her that having a physical relationship with him, and then with Laurinaitis and others, was a prerequisite for the job.
Grant is asking the court to declare a $3 million nondisclosure agreement void. Meanwhile, claims she only received $1 million and to award her unspecified monetary damages.

What Does the WWE Representatives Say About the Lawsuit?
TKO Group, the parent company of WWE, said in a statement that it treats the accusations seriously.
The WWE’s daily operations are not under Mr. McMahon’s authority, nor does he monitor TKO, a statement from TKO Group stated.
Although the terrible accusations made WWE ex staff Janel Grant predate the tenure of the TKO executive team at the company, they take this matter very seriously and are addressing it internally.
It looks like the golden boy of WWE will have to go through a lot of trouble to get himself out of this pothole.
